The Single Room was spacious and clean, which was really nice. I slept well, despite a little noise from outside. The sliding door was tricky to lock, though, which was a bit annoying. Overall, the room was decent for the price, and everything seemed to be well taken care of.

We had a great time with friends, taking advantage of the gym for some floor hockey and hitting up The Grotto and Colwood National Golf Course. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious. This place is in a good spot for exploring.
However, it was a hassle that I had to deal with a check-in mix-up. after waiting an hour, I ended up next to the elevator and it was pretty noisy at night.

missingWrote a review on Nov 12clean roomdelightful breakfastinexperienced staffdirty hallwayspoor maintenance
The room was clean, and breakfast was a delightful surprise, exceeding typical offerings with delicious options. The location is well-suited for events like the blues festival, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere with nearby food trucks. However, the front desk staff seemed inexperienced, resulting in slow service. Hallways needed attention, with visible litter and uncollected laundry, which detracted from the overall experience. A bathtub that didn’t drain well was also disappointing but did not overshadow the positive aspects.

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family spent two nights enjoying the accessible location near OHSU. While the breakfast offerings were warm and inviting, the outdated facilities left much to be desired. A tip for future guests, check the bathroom amenities for functionality before settling in.
